AMBULATORY MEDICAL ASSOCIATES

AMA was started in 2009 by Dr. Christopher Ray and Dr. George Armendariz.  The goal of the company from its inception was to provide exceptional in-office anesthetic care to patients at a minimal out of pocket cost.    While the scope of our service was initially limited to gynecological procedures we have now expanded our practice to include sedation for dentistry, pain management, GI, plastic surgery, and any other procedures that can be done safely and quickly within an office setting.  At AMA we pride ourselves as being the only anesthesia company within the state of Arizona and likely within the United States that happens to be a DEA drug distribution company as well. What this means is that we are the only anesthesia company that legally can carry, transfer, and dispense control substances. This prevents our clients from having to lock controlled substances within their office.
