PLEASE REMEMBER:
- 1. Please do not eat any food or drink any fluids after midnight
prior to your surgery day. This includes milk, gum, and any types
of mints/life-savers.
2. Please pre-arranged for someone to drive you home. You cannot
be sedated and drive yourself home or be taken via taxi. (No type of TAXI)

On the morning of surgery you may take 800mg of Ibuprofen if
no contraindications or allergies exist to this medication.
4.
If your doctor has prescribed you a pain medication then bring the
medication so that you can take your 1st pill before or after the procedure.
- 5. Please remember to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your procedure
for any additional labs or paperwork that may be required.
